This was taken last year -- when we had lots of snow, remember? - on the scenic route between my gallery, RiverWinds, and my home in Wappingers Falls. Wheeler Hill is no joke: this is just before the peak -- it's the kind of narrow two-lane road where you can't see the other side as you cross the peak, and if you give your car a little gas, you get that exciting little lift in your stomach.
